We have a Technical Support Team ready to provide solutions in:

- Overview of equipment.
- Calibration of Valves / pulley alignment and belt tension / etc.
- Repairs of low or medium complexity / on site adjustments.
- Regular primary maintaining (see AMP).
- Recommendations for a proper use / suggestions for improvement.
- Training for maintenance personnel

The training is especially useful for maintenance personnel to acquire more knowledge about the internal composition of machines, operating limits, the care that should be taken in relation to its operation and maintenance and, above all, to understand the reason why each maintenance action or control is made. The training is accompanied by a presentation from a wide variety of accessories and even a machine where the internal components can be seen. Thus, we have a highly didactic training and a better integration of knowledge by trained staff.

Through Primary Maintenance Fertilizers (PMF), we offer periodic monitoring of the sets of blowers and consumables replacements(oil, filters, belts, etc..) by trained personnel, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. This will minimize outages and avoid costly repairs (due to controls or maintenance of equipment which is inappropriate).

PARTS
We have permanent stock of spare parts in our facilities, and a distribution system (internal or outsourced), providing alternatives for them to arrive in a timely manner to our customers

REPAIRS
Our experience over 40 years of manufacturing blowers and vacuum pumps, enables us to repair both of our teams equipments, and other brands. Our company has developed methods, special tooling, and performance improvement systems, putting all the resources to provide an efficient solution, including the replacement loan or rental of equipment to avoid interruptions in production processes of our clients.
