The large volumetric displacement of the REPICKY Booster vacuum pumps makes them able to produce high vacuum in those ranges where common pumps are inefficient. That is why they can work as vacuum booster pumps in combination with other previous conventional vacuum producing 10 times more in half the time.
According to pre-selected type of pump, they can be used in ranges of pressures from absolute 100 mbar up to 10-4 mbar as vacuum limit.
They can work to generate a compression ratio from 1:1 to 20:1, with the range from 5:1 to 10:1 the most commonly used in industry.
They are useful in processes where contaminant-free gas is required and gas evacuation, also metallization, dryers and ovens as well as purification and packaging.
