Gears:
The gears are helical type with rectified flanks, running smoother and quieter than spur gears, built with materials of high strength and heat treated. They are fixed to the shafts by a conic taper, ready to assemble and disassemble through a high pressure hydraulic system.
Lubrication:
The only lubricated elements are bearings and gears through a splash lubrication system. The equipment is lubricated on both the operating side, and the gears, and in separate chambers.
The rotors operate without any contact with each other, and they do not require lubrication and therefore there is no abrasion.
The particular feature of not requiring lubricants in the compression chamber makes the gas transported to be contamination-free providing a very long life to the equipment. |
Rotors Drivers:
Through the past years Repicky has developed a particular kind of rotors, which combined with their clearances and with the rest of the geometry, provides excellent volumetric and mechanical efficiency, and a significant reduction in noise level and vibration.
Supplemented with development of special silencers, the performance of the equipments has been optimized. It is worth mentioning that they sea perfectly, minimizing the possibility of imbalance. |

Bearings:
Bearings are selected for long life in heavy duty. They are lubricated by coupling and are precisely dimensioned to support the efforts of the straps tension.
Seal system:
Between the compression chamber and the carters, there is labyrinth seal system in high efficiency and with virtually no friction, differing from the classic stamps seals.
Axles:
Extremely robust design, designed to support straps tension and accidental overloads, without affecting their small internal clearances. |
