MEDIUM VACUUM PUMPS (RVM SERIES)

OPERATION PRINCIPLES

By rotating the lobes, the volume of gas trapped between the average half shape of each lobe and the case is trapped and transferred, sending it to the outside. In this stage air or gas moves from a closed space to the outside and because of the high vacuum created there is a significant temperature increase in the gas, which is transmitted by conduction to the equipment. The unique design of the RVM Repicky pumps, unlike other conventional vacuum, allows achieving higher levels thanks to the fresh air intake through ports strategically placed and sized to cool the equipment, preventing to exceed the maximum allowable temperature limits. The lobes do not get in contact with each other; they work dry and therefore they does not pollute the air or gas they transport. This is not a minor detail, since it is a product designed and developed by Repicky to take care of the environment. The RVM allow reaching standard vacuum values on the atmosphere above the 900 mbar (100 mbar absolute). In summary, comparing the RVM with other equipments, it is possible to obtain high pumping speed and high vacuum levels without appealing to the need for lubricants and coolants between internal elements, without the need of fluid dispensing between the rotors, cyclonic liquid separators, cooling coils inside the containers, radiators and forcings. For all the above, the machine turns out to be ideal for applications where you need a reliable and low maintenance.
