Silencing Base:
Designed specifically to reduce the pneumatic pipes pulses and the transmission of noise and vibration to the environment. It contains no sound-absorbing material in contact with air. Its internal construction is all metal and guarantees the non migration of contaminants to the fluid that transports, eliminating the eventual blockage of pipes and / or accessories.
Transmission:
In addition to the direct transmission, Repicky blowers enjoy the robustness needed to use the benefit of straps and pulleys transmissions.
This allows a fine selection of the driven flow without energy waste by the excesses that require direct couplings.

Unloaded start valve:
This is a valve that due to its special design allows, on an autonomous way, for the blower equipment to be put into service without any possible charges of pneumatic lines.
Once the system is running, the valve closes slowly. This system allows the process to be fully automatic. |
Soundproof cabin:
There are available cabins that minimize the residual noise of the equipment. Its unique design ensures the renewal of ventilation air required for engine control, the blower and internal thermal balance, maintaining the characteristics of an encapsulation and sound isolation.
