OPERATION PRINCIPLES

Using the vacuum capacity and pressure generated by a positive displacement blower Repicky, we generate the movement of air that needs our extractor. The blower creates a vacuum over a cyclone separator, where it enters a controlled mixture of air and beans through a portable pipe from the point of suction. This mixture entering the cyclone is separated into air and product. The first is filtered and passes through the blower, and the second one precipitates by the action of gravity on the rotary valve located at the bottom of the cyclone. Suction stage ends here. The rotary valve allows dosing the grains and again provides a mixture of air / grain to be transported to the point of disposal. This stage is called “Impulse Stage”.
