High Vacuum Pumps ( RB MRB andERB SERIES)

FEATURES

• They have no internal friction in the compression
• They do not contaminate
• Very little maintenance is required
• they have low vibration and noise.
• They do not generate high temperatures.
• No compression oil required
• The air exit is contaminant free
• Flow rates vary with RPM
• They have high volumetric efficiency due to its high-tech construction

Regarding the watertightness, there are two versions of Booster:
1 - With a single hydraulic seal on the shaft.
2 - With encapsulated motor, that is, only static seals between the vacuum and the exterior. This option reduces to zero all maintenance related to the natural wear of the moving parts of the dynamic seals. Between the compression chamber and carters, there is labyrinth seal system with high efficiency and almost zero friction, differing extensively from the classic retainers.
In all the Boosters, the contact surfaces between covers, bodies, and carters, are rectified and have lodging slots with static O-rings type seals.

REPICKY Booster Line operates gas flow vertically. This prevents the accumulation of condensate or particles that may have gas in the body.
For universal connections, bridles meet international DIN standards.
The low internal friction of these bombs facilitates the free rotation of the rotors and reduces conductivity problems in the functioning of the system.

Rotors Drivers:

Through the past years Repicky has developed a particular kind of rotors, which combined with their clearances and with the rest of the geometry, provides excellent volumetric and mechanical efficiency, and a significant reduction in noise level and vibration. The rotors are dynamically balanced, achieving a smooth operation at high rotational speeds.

Gears:
The rotors are driven synchronously by a pair of high resistance helical gears, heat treated and ground flanks. They allow a smoother ride and quieter than spur gears, giving a higher confidence level. The gears are fixed to the drive axle with a cone taper ready to assemble and disassemble through a hydraulic system

Lubrication:
The only elements are lubricated bearings and gears. The coupling lubrication system in separate chambers ensures effective action of the elements involved, requiring minimal maintenance, which only involves the replacement of aging lubricant, preventing any contamination.

The rotors operate without any contact with each other, and they do not require lubrication and therefore there is no abrasion.

Bearings:
The bearings chosen and their coupling lubrication produce a long life in heavy service.
They fully support the high straps tensions.

Axles:
Extremely robust design, designed to support straps tension and accidental overloads, without affecting their small internal clearances.
