High Vacuum Pumps ( RB MRB andERB SERIES)

OPERATION PRINCIPLES

Rotor

They are positive displacement pumps

Two synchronized rotors rotate within the body of the blower drawing away air or gas through the outlet. The air is captured and transported through the cavity formed between the body and the rotors, to be then compressed and driven by the oil-free outlet. The expelled gas volume is proportional to the speed of rotation.
The rotor inside the camera rotates without making contact with each other, keeping very small internal clearances, which is the key of the blower's high performance. As there is no friction, no lubrication is required on their internal elements. For this reason, the gas is transported free of contamination and equipment maintenance is minimal.
