It is the most economical system for the installation of membrane diffusers. Often used when two or more reactors exist, so that you can perform scheduled maintenance on a tank, while the others continue in operation. They can also be used in medium and small plants with a single reactor, if it can be emptied without major inconveniences in scheduled general plant shutdowns.

There are different configurations for different reactor geometries, but in all cases it is recommended to divide the global grid in smaller grids with independent air tubing, so the reactor can operate with greater versatility and safety.

The stainless steel supports are arranged at regular intervals in all branches, they are height adjustable, allowing proper leveling of each grid.
